One Bedroom, one Bath, direct Gulf front condo with a private balcony only feet from the edge of the sand. The living room has a TV with DVD player, and cable. There is a Queen sleeper sofa and ceiling fan for added comfort. The bedroom has a King size bed, TV with cable and a ceiling fan. Entry to the bathroom is from the Hallway only and not the bedroom. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The property has an online application operated laundry room on the 1st floor The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day watching the surf and sunset, grill tools are provided in your kitchen. This is a smoke-free condo and no pets are allowed. The condo has FREE secure WiFi and an assigned parking space. The putt-putt golf "Smugglers Cove" is just across the street, the kids always have fun feeding the little alligators. There are nearby restaurants within walking distance and many just up and down the beach within 2 miles. Centrally located and close to bars and restaurants. The view of the gulf from the balcony is amazing. Nice beach. Would absolutely stay here again.

Walking into this unit was breathtaking! Everything was clean and exactly what we were told. The views were to die for! Incredible sunsets. Patio furniture was simple with a table and chairs, a couple of chaise loungers would be nice for naps. Very spacious....The kitchen was complete with anything you would need. Very spacious. Master bedroom had a huge walk-in closet. Lots of storage space.

First time visitor but came with friends who are repeat visitors. Truly wonderful experience. Chateaux 305 was a well maintained unit. Very spacious and well equipped. There is assigned parking for one personal vehicle and one visitor vehicle. The Chateaux has its own private pool in a fenced, pass coded area. It is a short walk from all of the units to a beautiful beach. Umbrella and lounge (for 2) are available for rent or bring your own. The check in at Plumlee offices was also very nice. Staff was informative and very friendly. Everything combined made for a truly wonderful experience.

We were very disapointed the pool was closed the last day before we left. Swimming is our thing. We love a pool. We did go into the beach, but would have preferred the pool. The only way we knew of the closing was a sign in the elevator. So that amenitie was not available for us our last day of vacation!!!!!
