This is a spacious Two Bedroom, Two Bath condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony of This unit is Gulf Front with amazing views of the sunsets! The master bedroom has a Queen. The second bedroom has two Doubles and there is an extra bed as a double Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The complex has charcoal BBQ grills to use and a large heated swimming pool. The pool is on the East side of the building so you get sun earlier in the day than many complexes. There is a secure elevator and stairwells on each end of the building as well. FREE secure Wi-Fi in the condo along with FREE long distance to US and Canada. No Smoking. No Pets. Remember to ask your rental manager about unlimited FREE DVD's and weekday bicycle use.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW!
by AmandaThis property was beautiful! The living room and kitchen are much larger than the picture make it seem. I was hesitant about seeing carpet, but it was super clean! The sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking! There was an air mattress in the bedroom closet and the couch also turned into a bed. No complaints and the lady in the office was fabulous!

Great vacation at the beach We enjoyed staying at this condo. The location is perfect - top floor with great views of the gulf! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The beds were comfortable and we loved that the linens were included! Plumlee Realty was a dream to work with. All of the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful, especially April Love at the onsite office. We enjoyed using the beach bikes, but we did find it was harder to ride on the beach than we thought. We�d definitely recommend this condo to friends!

Holiday Villa II was a comfortable, safe place for our 4-day vacation. Our 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo was quiet and spacious. The deck looked out over the gulf, giving great sunset views and occasional dolphin sightings. The kitchen had good appliances and dishes and tools. The location was perfect; close to restaurants and between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach, so while Indian Shores Beach was very quiet, action was not far away.

It was a very nice a pleasant stay. Watched the dolphins swim by every morning around 0700-0730. Compared to some of the condos that I have stayed at along other beaches (at twice the price), this one was much nicer.

all staff members we spoke to were very friendly and helpful, right from the time we made reservations over email, until we left the complex. We would definitely consider coming back to this complex next year and will recommend to others. Thank you again for your help in making our vacation an enjoyable one.

We will definitely return in the future. We will request a different condo such as we have had in the past with working TV's and clocks in the bedrooms the next time, however. We love the location and the Holiday Villa property, pool, and beach. Thank you very much for arranging this rental for us.
