Perfect Location
by MartinProperty was exactly as advertised. Walk straight out your door onto the beach. Great restaurant directly across the street. CVS conveniently located across the street as well. Close to everything you need.

Salt life! A great place to stay at the beach. Just park the car and walk to wherever you want to go.......and out the patio door straight to the beach.......Perfect!

This was a great property for the 2 of us, and had room for the family to drop in. The kitchen was adequately supplied. In the past our rentals had a few basic staples ( like salt and pepper) for guest use, but perhaps with covid that was eliminated. We will definitely look to rent here again. NOTE: on the right laundry door the knob needs reattaching.

Beautiful view and great location! We have stayed at this location for the last three years, but this was our first time in this unit. We loved being on the lower level. It was so close to the beach with such a beautiful view. It is close to several restaurants and a CVS, and grocery stores are not far away. The room has a king size bed, which was a huge plus for us. There was also a washer & dryer in the unit, and that was super convenient. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the perfect little place for two to stay to enjoy the beautiful gulf coast. The �island retreat� was absolutely perfect & had absolutely everything we needed during our stay. Plumlee rentals are the best!

Office staff was friendly. Condo was as described, and right on the beach. Lulu's Oyster House is a 3 minute walk and had great seafood in a rustic setting.

We have been down to the St. Pete area for many years now. This was our first experience with this property and Plumlee. We loved everything about this condo, great space, amazing location on the beach, near all of our favorite things. The only down fall was being woken up around 7:30 one morning by movers in the suite above us. Not how I care to spend a morning of vacation, but aside from that inconvenience, I wouldn't have changed a thing about the property or our stay. The Plumlee associates were very helpful with check in. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Island Retreat.

We were very pleased with the unit and noticed all the updates that have been made. We would suggest a fridge with an ice maker. You can't get any closer to the beach and we love Indian Rocks Beach and this great peaceful unit.

We love our condo rental on Indian Rocks Beach and have been coming here for ten years.
